Pestana Casino Park

Booked for 2 weeks to stay at the Casino Park with Jet 2. Very excited as the hotel is highly recommended BUT then we were cancelled and transferred to another hotel BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSING FOR CHRISTMAS. Unbelievable!!! We chose Madeira particularly to go to this specific hotel so it's incredibly frustrating to be sent elsewhere.

All the rooms have balconies, which is amazing. The decoration is modern and the breakfast is superb. The only thing that could be improved was for the rooms to have a kettle for some tea or coffee.

I've spent one night in this hotel before my embarkation on Queen Elizabeth. Hotel has potential but requires renovation ASAP. Anyway the pools and casino are in high level. Breakfast was very good.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and has everything you could want. Rooms are clean and always fresh towels if you want them. Bath robes to use for going to the pool. Outside pool a little chilly but would definitely stay here again

After a cancelled flight the airline sent us to the Pestana Casino Park Hotel for 7 nights and we are absolutely delighted and grateful with "EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF THE STAFF" management, reception, cleaners, restaurant, bar, room attendants.. they all looked after us amazingly!!.. smiley, respectful, caring every detail for our comfort and wellbeing.. the health assistance service, the car hire service.. Highly recommended either for a relaxing quite holiday or just a few minutes away from any adventure!!.. Thanks to them all!!
