Really delighted, very good treatment and the staff very involved. I have had a little problem with the usb of the car that I had rented (it failed a lot or it did not work directly). And since the duration of the rental was 21 days, it seemed like a long time without being able to listen to the music that I had on my usb, having to use the car every day ... The truth is that it pissed me off. But the usb read error was due to a failure of the vehicle's own computer system. The Auto Canhas staff kindly attended to me, offered to compensate me for this situation, either fixing the problem or changing the vehicle. The vehicle that had touched me was a Renult clio 1.5 dci, modern ... With a ridiculous consumption, very comfortable to move around Madeira and easy to park in the garage of the house in which we have been. The Auto Canhas workshop staff, after checking the vehicle, determined the usb failure and offered me a superior vehicle for the inconvenience. But, I didn't want to drive a higher-end car bigger than the Clio either, for mobility and parking issues. A mechanic fixed a cable, and we were able to enjoy listening to music as we moved around the island. Without a doubt, 100% recommended! We will return to Madeira and we will surely rent again with this company. Very grateful to Auto Canhas for the attention received and the involvement in solving the problem. It is a trustworthy company.
