Sixt Rent a car

Always take pictures of all scratches, failures, damages at first! Your photos will be useful during your car return! Believe me! My car had lots of scratches. They said, during the pandemic, there is no mechanic to take your returned car. We were said to park it in the same park slot, to leave the keys inside the car and take a picture which confirms the return and to send it on a given email address. Fortunately, our satnav lead us into another garage floor where we found a Sixt mechanic. He wanted to blame us on the scratches and damages. I was fighting for my rights. I showed him my all pictures. He just confirmed that the car is in the same state without any damages. He even didn ´t check the time and dáte on which I took the pictures. He just tried to get some money out from us!!! In the final document of the check-up he stated, there were ´t nany damages on the car nor at beginning nor at the car return. I guess, they will try it with the another customer. 🙄🙄🙄
