Carclasse may be an unbelievable experience or one that you want to forget. There are some highly skilled, welcoming professionals and some snobbish ones. That's right. One's brand is made of people. Choose wisely.

Would give zero stars rating, if possible. Have been waiting for 3 months to have my Range Rover VELAR's car keys replaced, and through an indescribable, incomprehensible level of incompetence by all CARCLASSE representatives, there continues to be no end in sight. Shame on LAND ROVER for handing the concession to these people. This is a luxury brand, not some street fair merchant operation.

I became surprised whit the excellent service on my car and the professional and frienddly attention.

The worst Mercedes Service i have ever seen. Some body broke my car in the parking in day 25 at Christmas day i left the car in Carclasse for repair and to make a insurance claim but the staffs in maintenance desk and administrative who is responsible to make it they don’t have any idea not even how to take a complain. They give me two appointments to take the another car in replacement but still they cannot replace the glass of car nor they provide me another car from insurance.The process is 0% what a horrible experience😢
