Horrible experience! We booked a full coverage car 24 hours in advance. When we got to the branch, Ivan, the guy at the counter, told us that we can not pay the deposit with a different card (the reservation was paid online and we wanted to pay with a different card own by the same person). We looked to solve the issue and ge advised us that we should cancel the booking and make a new one if we want a car, the cancelation fee, online and at the branch, was 100% of the booking and he did not seem very keen on helping. It certainly looked like he was trying to sell us a more expensive vehicle to get the commission! This was solved when his manager, with no issues whatsoever, just told him to charge our other card. Beware of scammers working in this branch!

We seamlessly dropped off our rented car here after fueling up at the nearby gas station.

Michelle was so good calling our hotel for passport details so that we could take a car immediately. The price was good with full insurance. We would use again

All absolutelly fine and smooth. Very helpful staff. Ines did amazing job, she explained us everything. We has been well informed which roads are free and which one are not. Also today when we pick up our car back the men (witch glasses not sure the name) asked us about our trip and Portugal. Very very nice.
