Truly excellent staff and service at Evora car rental! When my husband and I needed a car for a day trip, we found Avis, and with an easy phone call were able to arrange it. Carlos was wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and helpful, taking his time to make sure we were getting the right car at the right price, and comfortable driving it. He is fluent in English, so communicated with complete clarity, a real advantage for us. And on top of this, Carlos picked us up to bring us to the car rental office, and dropped us off when we were finished with the car; his boss, the Avis proprietor also led us out to the main highway from the office so we had an easy start to our day. He and the Avis proprietor gave us lots of tips, including a couple of great suggestions for places to include on our day's exploration. Thank you! Aluguei um carro Clio neste serviço, quando mencionei que o depósito não estava cheio apesar de estar registado assim disseram-me que era mesmo assim este tipo de carro. Quando entreguei noutra Avis desmentiram e fizeram-me pagar o extra para encher o depósito Mentiram e prestaram um mau serviço.
