Customer service is bad. No english speaker so it's hard to understand. We have asked for a child booster and was not available. The top was the we have rented a device and the person from that desk said that tolls of the highway were paid with that device and after 2 weeks from my credit card were taken aprox. 60 Euros for this . I put 2 stars because the car was in good conditions, but for the service I could have put -2.

The price was diffrent from the onlineprice we got. Not very friendly straff.

We booked a car in advance, but when we arrived at the office they told us that they do not have a car left for us. Unfortunatly the service in the office was bad aswell.

Customer service is really bad. That's the third time I need a car from this place and I feel myself really uncomfortable being there.
