Best hair cut I had in years. The person who took care of me took the time to analyse my haired texture and adapted her technique. Also, the place is fully complient of nowadays hygiene rules.

Went for a haircut and, as a very demanding customer in regard to this kind of services, I was impressed with their professionalism, cleanliness, and professional skills. Since I live nearby, I intend to return. Recommended!

Booked the appointment last Wednesday for Saturday at 12 o'clock at acqua Roma, I arrived at 11.55. Waited till 12.25 for the hairstylist... then I left! What a lack of professionalism!!!

I booked my appointment through mail for cutting and colouring my hair and I got the confirmation too. When I reached there they told me I just booked to cut the hair and they don’t have time to colour because for that they have to work some extra time. I showed them my confirmation mail where I clearly told that what I actually marked for and then she just casually told me yeah I can see now but at that time we just read “cutting”, how’s that even possible?

Had my haircut by 4 different people here. Two of the did a good job, two of them didn't. Make sure you pick who cuts your hair unless you want to walk into a coin flip situation.
