Pestana Palace Lisboa

This is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is amazing with a charm of a bygone era. The rooms are spacious, the garden is in a great condition. The staff at the reception could be a bit more friendly and less in a hectic. However, the staff in the restaurant makes up for everything again. They pay attention, react immediately and have an eye for details. The breakfast was very delicious. We will definitely stay here when we are in Portugal again.

A beautiful and quiet place. Where you can enjoy a kind of "unkown how possible" private moment everywhere in the hotel. They have the attention of detail that can be compared to their astonishing piece of art of a Palace, which has to be one of the most stunning place I have ever had the pleasure to sleep and live, when you have un mind the kind of architecture and design. Although, you have to prepare your pockets and, with that in mind, you'll have the chance to experience a wonderful day or couple of days. Furthermore, in this Covid time, they have a special attention to hygiene and space.

The staff was so welcoming & professional. They made you feel right at home & went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed during the stay. I still dream of the wonderful breakfast.

Wonderful stay at this magnificient hotel. Top notch service. Friendly staff and efficient. It won't be my last time at this hotel. I'll be back when i visit lisbon once again.

Nice and comfortable hotel Staff as you would expect very helpful The breakfast was not that great as it is a 5 stars hotel may be due to the covin 19 The restaurant was very good (yummy Food ) The pool area need a bit of work on it to bring it up to 5 stars rated But really enjoyed our stay The lift stop working
