Excellent service pick up and drop off to the airport. We had a windscreen problem and the following day they asked us to bring the car to the nearest location to exchange vehicules which was in praia da rocha. We exchanged severals time using whatsapp to get papers for my insurance. They always replied even few weeks after we left. We rented 3 cars and they were almost brand new, 2k km and max 6k km, very clean. A pleasure! Rent with them! Thanks again !!!

Brilliant experience renting a car from this company. No hidden fees or extra charges. Very friendly to deal with. Definitely use them again.

In the attendance the employee did not look closely the car, only informed that the car was new. He only jotted down two scratches and did not lower down to check the lower parts of the vehicle, and did not open and checked the trunk to check the car's spare parts and spare tire. Something I did not pay attention to being tired right after a plane trip. Upon return, another clerk was very rude ... he checked everything in detail and went down and identified a scratch on the inferior part of the front bumper by saying immediately that I did it without any proof. I do not think it fair to charge for scratches in rented cars, because I always rent cars and they all have scratches that are never fixed. Other more honest and serious rental companies do not charge for small scratches. Larger damage such as a dent or a broken part is a different matter, but small scratches are something irrelevant, since they do not need immediate repair and are never repaired by the car rental companies and do not cause further damage. The last shop! The absolute rip-off club! Attention! Dirty car 50 euro fine! Unfortunately we had a little damage to the car due to an invisible wooden bollard on the beach. When parking, the bumper and the fog lamp broke. Damage here in Portugal 432.50 EUR which we should pay immediately in cash. They did not want to give us a receipt for this and also the exorbitantly high deposit i. H. v. EUR 1,200.00 retained. Fortunately, our friend from Portugal was able to help us a lot and after a 2 (!) Hour discussion she received a receipt that did not nearly meet the requirements for an insurance. After further discussions we got a decent bill. Had we seen that on the last day, the money would have been over or the flight would have been missed, because you're definitely playing on attrition here. Stay away from the mafia!

Péssimo e desonestos. Valor muito barato na diária, mas depois cobram caro nos riscos. O funcionário entregou o carro rapidamente, não conferiu se havia riscos e só disse que o carro era novo, também não conferiu se havia estepe. Mas na devolução outro funcionário foi detalhista, abaixou e viu um pequeno risco no pára-choque do carro e nós fomos obrigados a pagar 130- euros por um pequeno risco que nem temos certeza que fomos nós que fizemos, mesmo fazendo um seguro total do carro. Sempre alugamos carros com algum risco, e as locadoras de automóveis cobram por quaisquer riscos depois e nunca concertam estes riscos, porque não é uma batida.
