Hired a car here, only the service was very poor. There is no right protocol for customer service hertz needs to pay attention and eduacate there employees. Furthermore give some documention for returning the car , for proof of dismissing the car. Hope this changes in the future

Had to wait on the steps as they close down for a couple hours in the middle of the day.

Hoje eu precisei deixar um carro de aluguel na loja de portimão e informei para as atendentes que ia chegar atrasado devido ao trânsito, foram super educadas comigo, tentaram sempre me esperar, atendimento excepcional ! 😉

Como é possível uma empresa destas, nos nossos dias disponibilizar um numero de telefone geral/ central e que ninguém atende??? faz 2 horas que tento entrar em contacto com esta empresa e é me completamente impossível. uma vergonha! NÃO RECOMENDO!
