We had a great experience with them. Premium services with low prices. They brought the car at the airport for us just after we landed, so that we could begin exploring the island. The only "negative" point was that the car "Seat Mii" had some struggle with the slope of the roads there in Madeira, it's not a big problem since we went everywhere we wanted.
