Without a reservation a car has been prepared within several minutes. The car was clean, good conditioned with all a modern features. Best price. Nice to explore the island with you car.

Rented a car for a week (automatic with full insurance) - great experience overall. Car was new (17k), clean and in great condition. Easy and quick pick-up and drop-off.

awful. renting and collecting of the car worked fine. But returning the car is hard when there is nobody there. We arrived 15 min before the in the contract agreed time an waited over 30 min. We had to leave without receit and just droped the key in the letterbox - and got fined. Our complaint was not aswerd -so don´t bother with email.

Arrived late evening and collected the car from a poorly lit area with no staff. I did what check I could around the car. The following morning I spotted damage to the nearside wheel arch. There is no way I could have caused the damage on my drive from the airport to the hotel, and because of where I was parked at the hotel, there is no way someone else could have done it - it must have been there when I picked up the car, but I couldn't prove it. They take photo's in the afternoon before they leave the cars, although I didn't see an actual date on the photo shown to me. Upshot is that I had a 244 euro bill. The system this company employs just doesn't work. If you're arriving late, go with another company, and if you do chose them, thoroughly check the car and take photos of all angles. I'm a very seasoned traveller, leisure and business, and this has taught me yet another lesson - the cheaper prices are because of reduced service which brings more risk and that risk will always be passed onto the consumer!! Every day is a school day.........

Good car, I loved the BMW convertible and it loved me right back. What I found strange however is that they did not have an English contract initially. Also they find it strange when you ask for one. They somehow see this as a sign of mistrust. Trust is good, but control is better. Besides, it’s not MR I mistrust, it’s the Madeira roads. There is a good chance the car gets damaged by potholes, rocks or ... locals.. so you better have good understandings arranged on forehand..
