No problems. Good, efficient service. No pressure to upgrade the insurance and we were upgraded on the car. We did take the fuel option and for us it worked out well. Car was inspected quickly on return (they weren't looking for every tiny scratch) so drop off was very quick. A tip would be to drop your luggage and passengers at departures and then drop the car off. Recommended.

The woman at the rental desk was nice and helpful but when we returned the car Marco was a complete nightmare. While we got to the airport 2h before departure he took forever to process our return. He then claimed we had not filled our tank - which we had just done and which the meter showed- and we had to drive to the station and back to add a couple of euros of fuel. When we returned the car again he would not accept the fact the tank was full without seeing our receipt. While we had full cover insurance it still took him many minutes to check the car and almost had us miss our flight. Will not use this car rental again

Good morning, I urge everyone to avoid this company, they trick people with mileage and overcharge for miles you have never driven. Their customer care is awful to non-existent. They took weeks to get back to me, to say "Hi, you have driven 800+ KM, we checked it" pretty much! Baring in mind that driving 840KM would require a fuel consumption of 3.75L/100KM, THIS sort of car doesn't exist. I have only refueled once for 51EUR. They took 152 Pounds of my account. AVOID THEM! The worst part is, I have asked the lady at check-out if everything was OK? any extra charges? She said no, you're all good! SIXT are better, more transparent.

All good. No problems at all. I booked a small car but the lady at the counter which was extremely nice and helpfull noticed that my birthday was due in 3 days so she upgraded me for free to renault megane estate diesel as a birthday present which was nice and kind of her. Return was also hassle free. The only disadvantage was limited mileage to 420km for the whole rental but given the price I paid I can't complain.

The staff are great. They really work hard and make you feel important.
