I've contracted the toll service whith the rental, paid for it and it was confirmed in the email I received. Some mistake happened on Europcar side and as they said "the toll service didn't make it to the final invoice" what they did then was telling me I didn't contracted the toll service and and because I went through tools they charged me 50€ of administrative fees. Avoid, they'll make mistakes and make you pay for it.
