Worst rental car experience ever. As someone that rents from Avis Budget all the time, I feel like this location is a complete scam. They charged me +$300 for tiny scratches on the bumper that were there when I picked up the vehicle. The woman behind the counter said there was nothing she could do about it, but said they would be in touch about my dispute (which never happened).

Very Very Unfriendly staff. Called up to modify reservation as I was ill. Given no help. Claimed they couldn't even look at booking as it was made in another country. Gave me another number that was incorrect. I had to look round to even call the office as they never picked up on advertised number. She had a terrible attitude, talked over me, and generally didn't want to help at all.

Plan wayyyyy ahead. Our wait time was almost 2 hours. It's a mess.

Staff were very vague and not transparent about their pricing. They charged us for services which we clearly declined and were evasive when we asked about the itemized fees.

Rent a vehicle for 4 days, pick up in Lisbon and drop in porto, without a hitch. Perfect.
