Very pro and efficient. Be carefull, the jeep renegade consume A LOT if gasoline. Just crazy.

Waited 55 minutes to get called up for a rental that was reserved online 3 months ago. Further to that, you have to pay more money for licensing and €1.50 per day for toll charges, which I was told you have no choice. In the employees defence, they’re queuing system was down. Still no reason for them to sit idle while 15 irate people wait to pick up their cars. Once we finally got called up, Miguel was nice though. Use a different rental company if possible.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They where busy, but still had the time and patience to deal with each client like they had only that client.

Good installations for the waiting line. Very crowded on summer mornings but there's a (payd but cheap) coffee machine and free water.
