Rented from them on two different occasions during our stay in Porto and overall was a great experience -- cars were clean, staff were friendly and efficient.

Really good experience with Hertz in Porto! The car was in good shape, very short waiting time and friendly staff. We returned the car at the airport which took about 2 minutes. Excellent service! I highly recommend renting a car at Hertz.

Giving back the car took me no longer than 10 minutes and I've got the receipt for the whole charge amount just right away. I never had such good service by renting a car. I'm happy. Thanks.

If you’re an American, avoid this location at all costs. It’s not what you expect from Hertz. They browbeat the customers to accept unnecessary insurance, plus the wait is incredible. With only 4 customers in front of us it took almost 90 minutes to get our car. Go to the airport!!!!

Good effective office in the city. In 15 minutes we got a car without any problems. The final price was slightly (250 instead 220) higher than expected due to taxes, but we got really better car than reserved. Deblocked the deposit 3 weeks after the rental (due to slow tolls payment processing by third party).
