Turisrent - Rent a Car - Porto

We had a great experience. We found a guy at the airport. He took us to the rental.business in the city centre. We booked a new car at a quite affordable price. The last day the friendly employee of the business drove us back to the airport .

These guys are dishonest. I rented a car from them for a day and they mentioned that I could return the car from them at any time the next day without making me aware that they would charge my card for an extra day. I don’t think this was a misunderstanding, but a deliberate attempt by them to charge me another day. They also quoted a €500 euro freeze as deposit but then asked €800 in person which we declined. There is a proper Avis and Eurocar place in the center of Porto - rent with them and not these amateurs.

Kind and professional, deposit varies between 300 and 500 euros (depends on car). It is unblocked immediately and fuel policy is full-full. We walked through the street and this company was the only one with available car, cheapest option is 50 euros a day - unlimited kilometers. By car I recommend to go to House of Stones, it is wonderful and you won't regret it. We arrived just before sunset and it was one of the best views of my life (the view, not the house).

Place tried to quote us $220 euro for a one day rental with drop off in Lisbon... Perhaps they could play other tourists.

Bom service ... responsible and cheap quality .....
