Europcar Porto Campanha

I had read bad reviews but I had hoped it wouldn’t be true. Unfortunately, it was and I waited over an hour and a half to pick up my reserved vehicle. What a disaster. To their credit, the employees all seemed competent and friendly, the wait was just wayyyy too long so they clearly needed more people. I can only hope the drop off in Lisbon isn’t as terrible.

Teriible company rude and stroppy staff wanted an extra €995 from me although i had paid insurance dont deal with this company still have my hire money bad company bad staff

Good service but I have booked Ford Mondeo or similar full size car and got... Mercedes A180d sedan... "Take it or leave it because there is no other car available..." for family with two kids, 3 big and 3 cabin luggages for Porto-Lisbon-Alvor 1400 km trip. We left one luggage forever in Porto because of lack of space.

I would suggest using the other location as a drop off. You need to drop the car off in a garage near the train station (the GPS did not know this!) and the hours are better at the other location.
