STAY AWAY Be very careful, stay away from Centauro rent car. They provide with cars with damages that are not shown on the delivered note just to stay with your deposit, and make this as there business model. I rented frequently and this was the worse experience ever. When the car was given to me I have detected several defects that were not report in the delivery note. I mention the damaged on wheels to centauro responsible that told me that the screech in the wheels were fine and the other wheels were marked. My mistake was that I trust in Centauro and did not took all the pictures. For a small scratch in the two wheels (that I was told that were not a problem), they charge me 1000 euros. When inquire why they don’t fix the other wheels marked in the delivery note from the previous damages, they told that the wheels can still be used therefore no need to fixed although they charged the customer for fixing them. I ask my self how many times the customer must pay for the same damaged since they do not noted all the damages in the car in the delivery note. Clearly Centauro rent car business model is not to rent cars but make many for damages that you did not make and stay with your deposit. I have read several reviews in the internet about Centauro rental car and I can see that we are not the first ones. This is a very default and dishonest business model. STAY AWAY

The lady that was assisting us with the both return and the pick up procedure - Julietta, was astonishingly kind, helpful, and I've never encountered such a professional and kind service during any of my many car rentals. Also she spoke English perfectly, and assisted us with all the queries with ease. Car was one of the best in it's category, it was very clean, and was nearly brand new. I'm extremely satisfied with the services provided. I highly recommend it.

Good service, fair prices, car in a good conditions, there are no hidden fees or imposed services. I recommend.

I had several issues with this company and its shady business model. First, cancellation policy. Centauro claims free cancellation on their website. After cancellation you receive a confirmation email but don't expect to get any money back on your credit card. It turns out that cancellation is done automatically in points?! To receive the full amount you should open a support ticket. Not surprisingly, this fact is not mentioned neither in cancellation confirmation email nor on their website. Second, I've got charged 300 euros for a ~2cm scratch on the aluminium disk. Centauro has a price matrix and would happily charge the maximum possible amount for any issue. Price matrix has no description so the company can interpret it however it wants.

Great experience with the rental. Got a minivan with 3500 kms on it. Many new cars. The installations are modern. They didn't have many workers so at times I can imagine that it can take a long time. I was lucky as there were very few people ahead of me.
