NOT recommended. They provided a car with a light indicating something wrong with the engine and we were told that the car was fine but the mechanic forgot to switch off the light (?) - so the engine stopped in the middle of the road and almost had an accident. They took a week to change the car and refuse to refund that week and the fuel we put in the previous car. They have also not refunded the 370 EUR deposit for the toll payment system. Had to engage with a lawyer as no one from the main office takes the phone.

Péssimo serviço cobraram uma taxa de 80€ sem nunca ter informado dessa suposta taxa administrativa. Uma taxa abusiva no qual o aluguer do carro foi 16€ e foi devolvido em perfeitas condições. NÃO RECOMENDO! PÉSSIMA ASSISTÊNCIA. Já tentei falar com eles de forma amigável mas não resolveram o problema. NÃO ALUGEM POIS terá dor de cabeça. Por mim não teria nem 1 estrela seria 0 estrela de tão péssima empresa que é.

Má qualidade, levantei um carro andei 10 quilômetros começou a falhar a embreagem. Agora querem a todo o custo que pague avaria!! Inacreditável

The best rental agency in terms of value for money! The company is very serious and makes every effort to satisfy the customer experience. For security reasons, the meeting point is located a few minutes walk from Lisbon Airport, where I was supposed to collect the car. There was more than an hour of waiting but as the reception procedures are not the same, we were understandable. The agents are very friendly and welcoming. You can easily speak English with them, they make sure you understand all the procedures as everything is explained in detail. The car deposit, which was supposed to be blocked, was taken from my account during my stay. The agent kindly explained to me that this was unusual. After the end of my stay and having checked that no damage had been done, I was quickly reimbursed 1 working day after returning to France (I returned on a Saturday, so I was reimbursed on Monday which monitoring). Speaking of which, during the reservation you will have two deposits to make: - one concerning that of the car - another concerning the probable taxes and tolls that you will have to pay. Indeed, you must add between 20-80 € on the price of your rental because there is a Portuguese tax to pay, the price will not go further. They are very honest about this, most other agencies may not say so. Refunding this deposit will take longer than the first (to check if you haven't been flashed by speed camera or the like). After recovery, we left to fill up with gas because the car was close to the reserve. You can return the car to the same level you picked it up. Feel free to film the rental car in detail and take a picture of the dashboard. In short, nothing to say about this agency, I recommend it without hesitation.
