You are met either at the airport or hotel in a friendly and welcoming manner. We have known Paula for many years and feel that she and Luis haave become friends.Nothing is too much trouble for them and the cars are always very clean and tidy and would certainly recommend them as they are reasonably priced with no hidden extras.
