Poor service, rude staff. Have 0 customer service skills. No ability to aid you when there's an issue.

DO NOT RENT THERE !!!! You can get a car way cheaper at the airport. They don't deliver and dont pick up the car from hotel And the worst is, we had to pay extra because we bring the car 2 h late back No one gave us that information and it just stand hidden in the contract FOR THAT EXTRA WE COULD RENT A CAR FOR A WEEK !!

Cheapest car rental! Perfect service! We even had a new car.

Too expensive and not really friendly. Just book online and you get better prices.

Rude staff. Big wait. If you’ve booked through enterprise forget it. They can’t give you any info on your booking. Then renege on something you’ve booked with Enterprise online. Refuse to explain how they charge for damage or their excess policy. I walked out after Elsa refused to explain for the fifth time. Presume they’re going to fleece you on returning the car. Beware!
