When I picked up the car at Terceira I asked how they wanted me to return the car. I was instructed to bring the car to "arrivals", and quickly go inside and bring in the keys. When I did exactly that the person working asked me where was the car, when I said it was outside he got really upset and asked me if I knew how to read, since there are signs telling not to park outside. I believe that was just lack of communication between employees but nothing justifies the treatment I received.

I rented a car online. I got a confirmation email. I went to the office to pick up the car and they told me i had no confirmation. Then they told me that the only car they had left was $40 more a day. I politely declined and went to a different company. Good thing there was other options or I would have been in trouble.

Aluguei um carro durante 3 dias com seguro básico. Serviu a finalidade de visitar a ilha. Houve preocupação acrescida com a atual pandemia. Nenhum problema. Teria em consideração ter alugado uma scooter se a oferta em relação ao carro fosse tida mais em conta.
