International Car - Faro

Haven't been to Faro within the last 30 years but had a charge for £32 from them on my credit card on the 12th October 2020 that I think might have been related to a truly horrendous car hire in August from Porto Airport with Sureprice car rentals where I was monumentally fleeced for minor car scratches. Visa won't let me open a dispute because I haven't contacted the company but really, as I wasn't in Faro, it's not even easy to find them. And ghost transactions continuing months later are not something I want. Have just realised this might have been motorway toll charges so probably fair enough. Though the original car hire was horrendous so will leave this review online.

Hi, they aren’t as bad as they say but, the shuttle service is excellent, beware of the fact that buying your own car insurance will make you liable of a deposit of 1800 euro and if you don’t want that you have to buy theirs full coverage for 20 euro/day and deposit 200 euro, other than that car was excellent and all that, the lady upfront was pretty normal for portugués people so expect to ask them very nicely for service...lol

Bad experience !!! After 10 days from the delivery of the car, € 54.05 was taken from my credit card without any explanation. The delivery check was good. I will never again use the "SURPRICE" car rental and recommend others to do the same. They seem good prices but in the end you spend more than others.

Rent my car in this company and after a month I get some charges that do not correspond, they are cheats I advise you NOT TO RENT IN THIS COMPANY
