Are clearly in business for the ‘extras’ and not renting out cars -

Completely rude, unprofessional and money grabbing staff. Would not recommend this company to anyone, stay away!

The service is horrible and the staff is very rude. They didn’t even let me talk, or ask a question. DO NOT RENT here, the other car company was a whole lot nicer and communicative. It’s basically a scam, do some research and avoid hidden costs. So far the worst experience I’ve had with a rental company. 😑

Car pick up very efficient and paperwork concluded quickly. Damage deposit is standard practice on all car hire without full insurance. Advised to photograph all damage noted on pick up. Hand back smooth and only outstanding costs were for motorway tolls. These were taken at the cost we recorded. Excellent service and will use again.

Perfectly good (normal) experience. I was a bit concerned by some other reviews - but my rental went fine (and for a good price at the moment as the Algarve is sadly not busy in 2020) I know the process for car rental at Faro and read the confirmation carefully and there were no surprises & no hard sell of add-on products. Yes the pickup (for most companies) is in Car Park 4 (5 minute walk) with a shuttle bus from there. Yes, if you don't take the extra insurance a deposit is blocked (not taken) on a credit card (debit cards will not let you block an amount). This is normal. Yes it's extra for a transponder if you want to use the toll road. Car was fine for the price, collection was normal and drop-off was quick and easy. There's a gas station right next door so very convenient to refuel. 4 stars only because the office is further out from the airport than most rental firms and so we waited a long time for the shuttle bus and the phone number connected us to the call centre not the local office. Happy to use again!
