All they were interested in was upselling! The excess car insurance is a rip off. The car they gave us was not the car as advertised, though the same class. I am convinced they put one good car into a class and use that as the front car, but then never have it! Once you show no interest in upgrading, the staff were dismissive, gave us the worst biggest mileage car, which didn't even have full petrol. I wish there was a * less than 1.

Attention: although the starting process was not bad they charged me an extra day (i returned the car very early in the morning before the opening time and left the key in the box). saying that i returned the car one day later. Suggestion: keep your boarding pass to demonstrate the actual return time! It has taken a month and the dispute is still ongoing....it's a shame!

Do not hire your care here!!!! This rental service is extremely unfriendly, does not communicate en charges you a lot of extra money...

As noted by every one else. Booked vehicle through a very reputable company. Wasn't the cheapest either but thought it would be good. I purchased extra insurance prior to arrival. When collecting the car I was asked for credit card for a charge if car wasn't returned etc. Very common practice. However, 2 weeks after they charged my card £140. I'm now 4 months on and still haven't been refunded. They are a bunch of fraudsters. Stay clear

Typically terrible - my partners credit card was failing so I offered to put the hold on mine but as I wasn’t the main driver they wouldn’t let me, they wouldn’t even change the name and put me as the main driver so the only option is to pay the full insurance (more than double the car hire) This is all they are after - they offer fantastic prices but do their best to make sure you end up keying for the full insurance. Customer service was terrible to, took over 20mins to get a refund.
