Excellent boutique of cosmetics and perfumery. In terms of service, this network, of course, is in the first place in the city. I am always satisfied with the purchase of products and the responsiveness of the staff. Sometimes there are client days of brands (Dior, Clarins, Chanel, etc.), when a brand consultant is invited directly and he works with buyers, helping to make a choice and introducing visitors to new products. At the checkout, samples are given whenever possible. Packages have now become paid, this is a minus, of course.

It may seem like a bonality, but I liked the sales assistant, or the sniffing legend worked, but in the end, I found a sooo good scent, 😊

Service - 0. Sellers consultants do not pay attention to visitors, are busy discussing personal issues. At the entrance they evaluate the feeling that they came to ask for money. Sellers should be reminded that they do not work at TsUM in Moscow, where brands are really sold (and there is no such impudence there, like this), but in Saratov in a cosmetics shop ... And girls work as SELLERS, not EVALUATORS ...
