Hello. To begin with, the order was traveling WEEK from Cheboksary to Ulyanovsk (240km), 3 days were declared when sending. Delivery was arranged for the spouse, but the situation cannot allow her to appear in person, so I arrived to receive the parcel with my passport, with my wife's passport, a marriage certificate and a power of attorney. I DENIED !!! Referring to the fact that the bank will not give me credit on my wife’s passport and they won’t give the parcel either. I objected that there was a power of attorney, to which I heard: what if she has diamonds there! I didn’t waste my nerves. Interestingly, the site indicates that by proxy, you can pick up the goods!
