No complaints about the delivery service and no complaints about the pizza itself, respectively, everything is always clear and smooth. It's worth trying their food at least once!

The pizza promo promised on the site in this case for being late was not provided! The courier said that "the manager will call you in half an hour" ... - ALSO CHECKED! Naturally, no one called us back until this day. But what’s so difficult - to promote the consumer. You say - you would contact the support service right away - it would definitely help you! You are mistaken. Right will be only those who immediately realized that when they go there they will also deceive me! After all, they wrote to me, "We will return with an answer within 24 hours." - no one wrote or called until I was again forced to write and call them demanding an answer !!! Do you understand? As a result, Christina called an hour ago, introducing herself as a territorial leader. And I remembered on the phone this: that she interrupted and did not go towards the last. As a result, after a long conversation and requirements on my part, she said that she would then receive a promotional code (why didn’t she already send it before the call?) And still send our message to the main office, and also provide an address for communication with the management. CHEAT? What do you think? We will see... After our demand to return the funds already for the low-quality service, I immediately offered to repeat our order without payment. I believe that the leader should start the conversation from this, and not end with this, as a necessary measure. p.s. about two hours have passed ... no promo code, no promised message from Christina. But who needs all this ... straight sense of indifference and despair to all this now ...

I like pizza. As soon as I visit Megagrinn, I will definitely take a few slices with me. The dough is always delicious. The filling is good, you can find it for every taste. As for the service, yesterday's cashier did not impress me. Another ten minutes had to wait, there was no ready-made pizza, but the hot pizza is worth it. The administration is 5+ for the service and attitude towards visitors!

Shame No. 1. And they still call themselves the best pizza chain. Dry, burnt. we waited 30 minutes for its preparation and at the end our order was confused with another one waiting and another five minutes we waited until he arrives back with our pizza.
