Beautiful colours decorate the facade, the church is located wall to wall between other buildings.

The stunning monastery of John of Krandstadt himself held 150 services there, a prayer place, there is the study of John of Krandstadt as a museum!

Small, invisible from the street, because it is squeezed between two neighboring houses. Due to limited space, the main temple is located on the 3rd floor. There are rare icons that are asked for happiness in family and motherhood. Judging by the chains and pendants left behind, the icons helped.

The temple is on the second floor, at the courtyard of the Leushinsky monastery (now the monastery does not exist, it is flooded by the Rybinsky reservoir). The schedule of services and prayers is on their page in VK. There is still a chapel right at the entrance. Church shop.

Compound of Leushinsky Nunnery, where monastic life resumed. Forgiveness Sunday service I will never forget. Shock. In the temple there is a unique icon of the Mother of God Leushinskaya. It is assumed that the icon was painted in the icon-painting workshop at the Leushinsky John the Baptist Convent, commissioned by the Gatchina merchant Gabriel Medvedev, who donated it to the monastery in early 1860. One of the image lists is still in the iconostasis of the Leushinsky Compound in St. Petersburg. A special list at the beginning of the 20th century was made for the holy righteous John of Kronstadt, on which, with the blessing of the Mother Superior of Taisia, the inscription "I am with you, and no one to you." St. John himself consecrated the image.
