Terrible attitude !!!!! Made a reservation from evening to morning. She explained that she had to catch the bus at 6 am. By the appointed time - no one, called again, I was told that the car had not yet been assigned. They asked me to get there somehow myself. What????? They don't give a damn about people. You won't get far with such a service, guys. I do not advise anyone to contact them.

Terrible taxi !!! Made a reservation for 5 am. The train departs at 5:40. By the appointed time, no one, the car is not assigned, the operator will offer to put in the "standby" mode. At 5:20 am the car is still not assigned. Service is terrible !!!!

They wanted to leave the cottage on the edge of the city, the time was 9-10 hours. I call, I order, they say wait for an soon come. We are waiting for 5, 10, 15 minutes and no one is trying to dial in order to find out whether to wait at all or not, drop and call in a minute and say "Sorry, but there are no free cars, if you want you can wait until they appear." I naturally said that it was not necessary and dropped. After about 10 minutes they started to call my number fiercely, probably every 30 seconds they called and so probably 20 times. I did not even take, just dumped. As a result, on foot along the road we reached the first stop (they walked for about 3 kilometers) and there stood a taxi, got on and left ...
