One of the attractions of the city of Votkinsk. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but the guides say that the anchor was made in the mid-nineteenth century with the participation of Tsarevich Alexander. And that the Votkinsk plant supplied most of the ships of the fleet of the Russian Empire with its products. Therefore, they erected this monument in honor of the workers of the Votkinsk plant.
