On the 28/10/2019 i rented a car from Avis and delivered it on the 31/9/2019 my reservation was unlimited millage and to my surprise i was told when i returned the car that i had acceded the 200km milage i showed them my reservation they accepted and charged me per the amount i booked the car for on the 4th i received message from my bank deducting AED151.48 without authorisation i tried calling them numerous times but failed. i conceder this illegal and i will not stop here until i found out why they did this? i thought AVIS a trusted company? i shell write to the headquarter with all evidence to prove my case.

Hello, I rented a car from the Avis branch in King Fahd International Airport, King Fahd Road, Dammam 32334, with agent Abdullah AL Hajri, and it was amazing experience with this reservation 378042 I can't find something better than you awesome car rental experience. It was my pleasure dealing with you and I will share my happy experience with you, from first day pick up till the last day with drop off with agent Hashim Ibrahim at the other location in Silver Tower, Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Road, Madinat Al Umal, Al Khobar 34441. I want to give %100 customer satisfaction for this reservation. I love Avis services now because of Abdullah & Hashim and not to forget Shareef the guy helps with inspection process all are amazing people and they are a pulse to the Avis Rent Car Company. Your agent doesn’t give discounts for SAIB customers nor government employee as per contract. SR 165 for Hyundai Accent and he claims it’s already discounted!. Not recommended at all. Should be removed from discounted agencies list
