Very bad customer service. First, customer representative ((name not mentioned for privacy)) has promised me monthly rate and I ended up paying for one day higher than the average car rental price. Even though I have Saudi council of engineers discount. Second, the guy responsible for checking the car status neglected many damages. Thirdly, the car has loud noise from the tires and the tires didn't feel safe at all. Radio didn't work properly as well. To conclude, I would never rent from Budget for these reasons and for the fact that they advertised for prices they dont provide

Employee needs to smile (his service is good though). Safety belt had a bad smell.
