Worst company ever. Don't ever think about renting from them. They closed their branch at the airport for maintenance while I was renting their car from that branch. I have a flight on Friday at 4PM and I was supposed to drop-off the car at 2PM at their airport branch. Now I can't. Also all of their other branches in Jeddah don't work before 4PM on Friday. They left me with no choice. Tried to call their customer care 9200 number (Western region extension) no body is picking up the phone. Tried to contact them on their WhatsApp, nobody responded. My flight is tomorrow and I don't know what I will do!

IRRESPONSIBLE! DISHONEST! DISGRACE! I could add more. I was traveling with my family and children. I had a confirmed reservation using my Enterprise Plus. I called them two days earlier yet to confirm that my car will be ready and in reply the clerk said InshaAllah five times! When I landed at the airport that morning, I get a call from them right away that they have no car for me! With children and family and in a city I know no one, I now have to look for transports, let alone replan my entire trip. When I asked why my car isn’t there despite all my previous communications and “confirmed” reservations, the response was that the clerk just came back from vacation and he had no idea! I asked for the manager and his response was that the manager was now on vacation! In which world do these guys live? And who told them to open a rental car shop? And why in the world did Enterprise let them use the name? I went to another US car rental place next to them and got the service I typically expect from these names. I had to spend fortune more because of the last minute rental, but at least we were able to carry on with our plans fortunately. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!

I have had a great experience recently with this enterprise location. New management is established Unlimited miles and great car. This location is in terminal one, which I think is the new airport so be prepared to pay a taxi 70 riyals or get a bus ride for 20 riyals each passenger to this location, depending which terminal you land. Thank you
