They were complicit and they procrastinated for more than a month and a half, and I demanded my rights. My papers were sent from Najm company and they refused my claim due to the difference in the name of the security guard with the name of the owner of the car. They said, you have to print the names of the owners of the car, meaning the commercial register and the form, and the print of the traffic is unofficial to them. This is what became clear to me, but I say God does not help them.
