bad response from the staff, do not want to rent car, making excuse of SYSTEM DOWN I went two times not interested in making any bussiness...

The worst experience. The car belt clipper were lose which was very strange and not safe to drive, wipers were worn out, AUX input was broken so I couldn’t use it. Finally the car @Camry costed me 473 rs for one day only with permission to go to Bahrain.. also the credit card machine were not working!!

Unfortunately, the branches of Jubail and the country, the service of the employees is very bad. As for the company, they are prestigious and I dealt with them a lot, it was okay
