I have to to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meals. From the appetizers to the desserts as the quality and taste of everything is outstanding. The chef cares about every detail and personally serving us if we need any special order. Try the chef's soup ❤️ Thank you Chef

I stayed at a suite at the jubail park inn in April 2021 and it was the worst experience that I had at a hotel in my whole life!!!! The hotel lobby stinks! I mean the smell is makes gag 🤢. The check in experience was very poor, the room I had was very dirty! I posted couple of pictures for you to see! Also the room bathroom had the same smell as the lobby! This hotel has a major sewage system issues. My recommendation is to go anywhere else beside this hotel. Probably sleeping in the car is a better experience

Very Nice place on a quite location. Yet close to the beach area. Price is little high but if got a special discount it is a plus. I have tried it for business visit only which was arrange by the company. Room service is good enough, everyone there is friendly and supportive if needed. Food option is quite good. Overall, I will give it 7/10 for the price paid and the quality of services.

Considering the short notice and stay that I had in Park Inn, the preparation and welcoming team did a wonderful job to feel home. Bander, Omar and Arwa took our stay into a very excellent experience and gave the will to come back whenever Jubail is visited. Really appreciate it!

Best way I can describe my experience is....I’m staying at another hotel. I spent over a week at this location and even offered my candid thoughts in order to help improve the service. Almost all of my suggestions fell on deaf ears. I sat to arrange a contract for long term stays, the salesmen reached back to me 6 days later with no contract and a sorry excuse of, “I’m sorry I had a cold.” If I owned this property, I’d be handing out resignations first thing Sunday morning. As a business owner myself, I feel bad for the owner of this property.
Similar place
