I took a car, and it did not take 10 days until it became malfunctioning and stopped me from my shift, seeing their procedures, and I was suited to file a complaint with the Ministry of Transport and Trade. ((Better handling when facing the problem and I was given a replacement car, but it is not at the level of the rented car in the first place))
