Not good service and A Government Services Officer lacks communication skills with the customers... also they have some stupid rules which I can't understand why they create it and no one there to explain what is the benefit to the customer

Staff very helpfull but costs to get a letter to take vechicle over to Bahrain cost 630 sar where my friend paid a 100 sar for the same letter for his Toyota .Realy rediculous,500% above market related price.Haram.
