Completely unprofessional. I booked a car 3 weeks in advance and I got multiple confirmation emails. When I arrived at the location, they tell me my car is unavailable and my reservation got dropped by the system. I booked a car 3 weeks ago and I received more than one confirmation email. I was surprised after I arranged my affairs and went to the branch that the car was not available and the reservation was not proven due to a system failure. The last time I deal with them.
