We rented a car on Thursday, were told to return it on Monday (the National Holiday). Arrived before one, it was closed. Stayed until 4:30 as it was the prescribed trading hours for this day, still no one... Phoned every possible number, no answer and no assistance. Eventually decided to leave for Riyadh as we waited past 5.
