Be careful! This office is Bunch of thieves. I live in USA and I visited Yanbu in February2020. I rented a car from this office. Because I am a tourist, not a Saudi citizen or a resident, they asked for 1000 Riyal as deposit and they said they would return the money to my credit card within 10-14 days. I returned the car on March 2nd. Now 26 days passed and the money has not been refunded and they are not answering calls. I contacted main theeb office and they do not help.

It took me 30 minutes to return the car. Very slow service. In jeddah it take only 5 minutes or less
