Reserved a car online and all worked fine, got even better (newer) car than reserved. The booth in the airport arrival hall collects the customers and then staff takes you with a mini bus (5 min) to the parking area where you collect the car. Same place to drop off the car and then they take you with a mini bus back to the airport departures. Friendly and helpful staff.

Worst experience ever. Zero respect , zero commitment ! Booked , confirmed and received a confirmation call from the abha branch with a confirmation number and when I arrived on time they said we have no cars available ! Is that a joke ?! They didn't even call ahead to inform us they got a problem and were so cold as if this is normal !!! Unbelievable!

Brilliant customer service by Mr Shafqat. He changed the car straight away after I complained about the noise from AC. He made sure the car was clean and was in good condition.

I do not recommend dealing with them at all, and they do not deserve even one star. My bad experience with the Abha airport branch
