Rented a car gave it back with no scratche but still ended up paying 10000+ riyal in extra because 250 km is a daily limit!

Very unprofessional. Spent 2 weeks calling about a car and apparently they give cars only to married couples. This is a disgrace and no one should ever deal with this store at all. Plus they only have 2 stores so no logistics at all.

A failing receptionist literally knows nothing about the art of dealing with clients. I do not advise anyone to deal with this branch on Prince Nayef Street (42)
