It's a grand give star hotel fit for diplomats and general public alike who want luxury and comfort. Starbucks H&M and gold shops from mark this place a place of comfort and shopping for every thing from food coffee cloths to gold
Outdated, but a comfortable experience. Attentive staff, and good breakfast. The view and closeness to the mosque made all the difference.
Excellent Service and great Value for Money . No one Hotel in Madinah Munawrah.
Please check your crew.. Very unprofessional manners.. Very disrespectful to the costumer..many times they did that to me... Calling to the head of this cargo company.. And please do action about this... Or I will call the head office about this....
The sevice I couldn't fault but the decor does need updating, the rooms felt small, the buffet breakfast and dinner during the Hajj season was not up-to standard of a five star hotel. Was very dissapointed
