Very bad attention, better to go to step or another branch. In subway they burn your hair, and they are unprofessional, zero aesthetic. I do not recommend going to the subway branch

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING !!! I visited the metrocentro branches for some highlights and they left my hair totally ruined, they bleached me for 3 hours, it was cut and bleached so much that in the end it was neither the dye nor the technique that I had requested and all The stylists are terrible, they talk badly about clients, even the same co-workers who speak badly that put them to work under a lot of pressure. Bad service, bad attention. They don't like to take responsibility for the damages they do to customers.

Excellent service very friendly

I did not like it because it was flooded with smoke and smoothing chemicals, all the users and workers were crying from the burning of the eyes and one user asked for a mask and did not have. 😔
