Alhambra hotel has an interesting architecture and design, inspired by the Medieval Moorish Architecture. The staff is really kind and always eager to help. The food at the restaurant is really flavorful and has a wide variety of tastes. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 stars is because I have witnessed many times some members of the staff smoking inside the Hotel's premises. This is against Tunisian laws and shouldn't be tolerated, especially with older people around. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We just returned back from Alhambra thalasso, we have picked it for the low prices for 5* hotel we thought it was a bargain, but with what we experienced the hotel wasn't worth 3*, they have one security guard on the beach and he wasn't looking after the safety and well-being of customers, but he was looking into ladies Handbags for food, Nizar was busy reserving beach loungers with his green Faded colour towels for few dinars tip, Taib " management" was in his shorts and drank arguing with customers, you also get suffocate by smoking in the reception Bar, bathroom is permeative and dirty, paper tissues instead of napkins in the restaurant of 5* hotel. This is NOT a 5* hotels what ever The answers of Alhambra stuff!

Horrible service, i got kicked out from the restaurant during breakfast, the staff were unprofessional and not welcoming, the food is mediocre. avoid this hotel.
